Can't create Box folder

I pressed the Create Box folder button on Salesfroce, but an error occurred.

Sorry, there was an issue with processing this request.
Unable to create a box folder for this record: Unable to create folder for record id [id] - Details: Folder object returned from Box was null. Can not proceed.

Please tell me how to resolve.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Are you creating a first-level folder in the Box widget on Salesforce but receiving an error? If so, please see this article to get a fix. 

    Meanwhile, if the issue continues please reach out to our Product Support team and create a ticket.

    It was caused by tabs in the folder name.
