Okay, so starting yesterday, is anybody else suddenly unable to post comments on PDF files using Adobe Acrobat for Box? Every time I try to post a comment, it comes up with a little red error box that says "We were unable to post your comment, please try again." I've tried signing in with several different browsers, but it didn't help.

Did you check if your collaboration permission has changed? If not, please follow the suggested troubleshooting steps below. 


  • Updating your browser to the latest version.

  • Clearing your browser's cache.

  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network.

  • Log out and log in from box.com

  • Restart your machine.
