I need to change my primary email address used on Box due to a hack to the email on file. However, when I go into edit my profile with the new email address and then get the confirmation email and enter the SMS code I get on my phone to confirm the new address I'm getting this error message below. I'm stuck in a loop now where I'm being locked out of resetting my email due to too many attempts in an hour. What do I need to do to get out of this loop to get a simple email change done? Also, forgot to put in....my new email is and needs to be used for any email correspondence since the hacked email address formerly used has been shut down.
