Hi there!


I signed up for a Box.com trial (using email A) and while trying to convert the account to a paid account, it somehow signed me up using email B. I'm not sure why. 


So I deactivated the account that used email A, hoping that I could change the primary email address being used for the paid account (that currently uses email 😎


It won't let me. It keeps saying that email A is connected to another account. 


I don't know what to do, but I need this fixed ASAP.
