Hi!


I created my Box account using Gmail SSO.


I now need to set a password for my account in order to view a shared document (The owner requires all collaborators to have passwords that meet the minimum requirements). However, when I try to set a password through my Account settings, I receive the following message "There was a problem changing your password"


What should I do?

Is this error still recurring? If yes, please use your alternate browser while changing your password and/or clear your browser's cache and cookies
