I'm trying to change the email address on my Box account. I've put in the new email address and the verification link has been sent to my new email address. When I click on the verification link, it takes me to a Zendesk Auth site to "choose a local password...", and I enter my password, and I always get a error called "
403 Forbidden

What is going on here? Why doesn't the verification link work? I've tried multiple links now and two different browsers (Chrome and Edge) with no success....???
