Can't add collaborator outside company

We have Business Plus so we would have unlimited collaborators outside the company. However Box is not allowing to add collaborators outside the company. Under Settings for a folder, the box is checked to "Restrict collaboration" to within our company. The box is greyed out so we cannot uncheck it.
