I have a box account that I want to add an email address to. It previously had its own account that I deleted but when I try to add the old email, it says the old email has an existing account (I checked and the account is already closed). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This issue should be best addressed by our Product Support. I have created a ticket for you, kindly reply to that ticket and provide the email address that you want to add.

I am having the same issue here, trying to add a user that had a personal box account but recently deleted it and it is still saying the address is in use.
