Can't access folders I have been invited to

I have not been able to access diligence folders i have been invited to. I see other people had the same issue but the Box support suggestion os "asking for access again" does not solve it. I have already done that. It appears to be an issue on Box side. This has happened on multiple transaction folders I have been invited to and using multiple browsers. Really frustrating.

Welcome to the Box Community!

If you cannot access the file or folder shared to you, one of the reasons is the shared settings. Please have the owner of the folder check how are they sharing the files. They may also check this article for reference:
