Can't access folder after it was shared with me via email

I recently got a folder shared with me over email, with a link for me to accept. However, when I click the link, I am just taken to my box account and no new folder seems to be added and I see no new notifications. I tried forwarding the invite to another email and using a box account associated with that email to accept it as well, but that also didn't work. What can I do?

Welcome to the Box Community!

If a collaborative folder that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative folder. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder to have them re-invite you to that folder again.
