Can’t access Company account.

I've been added to company BOX account management list so should be able to access but currently my BOX account has a limitation of 10GB which means it's not company BOX account. It may be due to having created a separate business account (with 10GB limitation) before requesting company BOX account management.
Could you please let me know what needs to be done to use the company account?

Welcome to the Box Community! 

I would suggest to reach out to the user who added you or the main Admin in your company. They need to add you as a Manage user.
