Can't access box, says "not found"

I click on invite link, it says 

Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.

 

Don’t know where to submit support ticket. What do I do?

      Looks like you were invited to access a Box folder/file but encountered this particular error. We’re glad to further assist. 

       

      Upon review, the folder owner requires external collaborators to setup their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access their Box content. 

      Please setup yours by following the steps from this article, “ Multi-Factor Authentication Set Up for your Account.“
