it shows exclamation mark then not able access box cloud folder, I have reload box app again and again but fail. however it is ok to access on box.com but not my Mac book finder.

The red exclamation mark you see indicates the folder or contents within the folder has some problem items, that needs to be resolved in order to access the folder.
Please refer to this article on error notifications in Drive to check for any issues with updating content in your Box Drive folder.

how can I remove the unsynced files from my machine if not able access, all the files are in cloud without save in my computer. please advise.
