Can not find uploaded file in box "All files".

Hi team.

I used App token(Server Authentication) with primary token to upload a file. I am sure that the file uploaded successfully since I can use download API with return file code(28***) to get the file. 

The problem is I can not find it in box file system.

if I use https://app.box.com/file/28*** in browser. got 

The requested page does not exist.

 

Anyone can help me on this?
