I created my free account by signing in via gmail. I was shared a box that requires a password change, however I cannot change my password, and Box will not allow me to create a password.
I have cleared my cookies and tried in a different browser however nothing will allow me to create/reset a password in order to access the box that was sent to me. How can I resolve this issue?
