The box is separated for members and outsiders. I am an outsider, but I mistook to click for member's button when I log in. After that, I could not connect to the box for outsiders. DoI need to reset my log in information?

Are you referring to your collaborated folder(s) that disappeared from your Box account? If so, you won't gain back your access by simply doing a password reset.
You should reach out to the folder owner in order to access the folder(s).
