Can login to account, but no access

Hi box team, please help me, i can login to box account but cant see file, got error message

“Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.”

i also have an issue to login with box sync, not receive SMS .

really need  the file due to work document….

P/S : now using other account to access this community due to my account got error

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to help with your Box access. 

 

If you could log in to the Box website but not in Box Sync, please make sure that you’re using the same login credentials on both. 

 

Meanwhile, did you select a file or folder when you encountered this error, “Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for“ or it just displayed on your screen right after your successful login?

I have the same problem on my main account, I dont see anything i did the clear cache cookies use other browser but nothing is working. I could see the files on one of the collaborators but not on my main account. I am using other accoutn now to reply here since i cant received any OTP on my phone number.
