I already joined the business plan, but I want to building another new plan(enterprise) to manage a brand new project. Can I using the same domain account to having two different plan?

Are you referring to the email domain or subdomain for your account?
If its email domain, yes you may, however, if its custom subdomain, I'm afraid the answer is no. You will not be able to use a subdomain that is already in use by another account.
