Can I display folder name in File Request to Uploader

Is there a way whereby the name of the folder name of where the file(s) are being dropped and dragged into  file can appear on a File Request upload so that uploader has confidence of which folder the documents and being drag and dropped into.  Right now screen for up loader (after link is sent via email for a file request) has not ID of which folder it is going into.  Is there a way to list that File name in the screen to upload.  Thank you

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    You can edit your File request form to change the default title and use your Folder name instead. The default title is "Submit Files,” but you can use the name of the folder here. Furthermore, you may  add a sentence or two describing the content you are soliciting, and perhaps any instructions you wish to provide.

    Here's how:

    1. In your Box account, navigate to the folder that you want to contain the uploaded files.
    2. Click the ellipsis (…) to display the More Options menu, and then click File Request.
    1. The File Request window opens, displaying a link you will send to people to request their content.  If the link is not already enabled, click to move the Link is Enabled slider to the right.
    1. Click Edit. The Submit Files window opens, displaying a default title and upload zone.  This is where you begin building your Web form.
