I was trying to play a video file but it says "We’re sorry, your account is unable to preview this file type." so I couldn't try.
Is it possible to annotate on videos if you are using paid plan?

No currently you can only annotate document and image type content. You are welcome to add your feature request to our product feedback site https://pulse.box.com which is used by our product management teams to drive product roadmaps
