We have box drive installed in all client pcs and added 'box for outlook' for smarter work flow however box for outlook is only linked to box online. There is a time loss accessing to box online and frequently asked for passwords.
Can we change the setup so that 'box for outlook' can be linked to box drive instead?
I also hope box notes can be shared within box drive.

At present, Box for outlook can only be linked to your Box online account and not in Box Drive, and its the same for Box notes. If you have any product feature request or suggestions, we recommend you post your idea on pulse.box.com for more visibility. Our product team reviews all submissions and will consider whether to include feedback in their product roadmap.
If you are looking to access your Box notes on your desktop computer, you may use and install "Box Notes for Desktop".

I have a client with a similar issue. When she uses the outlook add-in she has to constantly re-authenticated and grant access to the box. She is running an intel based Imac with Big Sur. Anyone else come across something like this?
