Hi,
I'm the Box administrator and contrary to company policy I believe some users have created shared folders hidden from all but a select few of users. btw this is not a huge infraction but I'm worried they are hiding project files that should be public.
Is there any way I can locate folders such as this? We are on a start account and so groups are not being used.

Managed users' personal folders can be viewed and access via the Content Manager, and unfortunately, your currently plan does not include this feature.
The 'Content' or content manager feature is available to Admins that are on the Business Plus, Enterprise, and Elite plans only. To learn more about using the content manager feature, you can check this article out: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044197333-Using-the-Content-Manager
