I know you can set up notifications when a new file is uploaded to a specific folder. I am trying to determine if there's a way to be notified when a file with a specific filename, in this case any file with "Final" in the filename, gets uploaded to a folder. I looked at Relay to see if this was maybe a workflow, but I don't see what I need. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
