My computer keeps telling me there is no space available to save anything. I had our IT personnel login to assist. He moved everything out of the C drive to a temp folder in the D and everything looked good after moving it out and restarting Box. It is my understanding Box is supposed to keep this folder small automatically, but for some odd reason it grew too much. When I came back to the office next week the same problem appeared. According to Box instructions that folder should be very small and NOT grow that big ever. I have had to create a shortcut of the C folder to manually empty it but need to find out why this happening and make it stop. How can we prevent this from happening going forward?
