Bypass Password Expiration for FTPS

We're using Box with FTPS for file exchanges with some external collaborators.  Is it possible to connect to it with a Box account not subject to the 90-day password expiration policy?

We are treating the Box account as a service account in this manner.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Unfortunately, there is no way to exempt a managed account from the "Password Requirements" as this a company wide setting.

    If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com!
     
    Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
