Hello,

I use box for professional purposes and for security reasons had applied a password to limit access. I started getting reports that this link was not working and individuals would be brought to the login requesting a password, but once entering the password would see this: BOX3_JCrlyccxKzjd9qWTvzX7GA.png When logging into box to check the link settings, I can no longer change or update the password - it is locked. I am the owner of the folder so I'm not sure why I cannot fix this. Help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the Box Community! 

 This error usually appear when the owner of the file/ folder removed you as a collaborator or the shared link has expired. You may need to check for the file name and contact the owner of the files.
