Bria Clark sent me folders, but no password to access the folders

Bria Clark sent me folders to access GEICO records per our subpoena, but did not send me a password to access the folders within the request.  I cannot retrieve the documents that were supposed to be provided to me without the password (and I don't know why they're password protected since I already have one password to access the Box site.

Please help.

    If the Shared link on the folders you need to access requires you to enter a password, you are going to have to contact Bria or the owner of the Share link to ask for the password.
