BOXへデータをアップロードしようとすると、固まってしまい、アップできません再度行ってくださいのエラーが出てしまいます(複数人が同じ事象)

別の日に行ってもアップが出来ない状況です。

When I try to upload data to BOX, it freezes and I get an error message saying "Upload not possible, please try again" (several people are experiencing the same issue).

I'm still unable to upload even when I try again on a different day.

 

I'm in the same situation, how do I solve it?
