BoxSign request from mobile keeps loading not sending out

Hi, i tried to send out Box Sign request on my phone, it keeps loading but doesnt actually send the document out? I then login to my Macbook and it works fine. Why is that? I used to be able to send documents out for signing on the phone before. Thanks

    Welcome to Box Community, and glad to help with your Box Sign inquiry!

     

    As of this message, the Box Mobile application does not support Box Sign and Box Sign Features. However, as a workaround you may utilize and leverage Box Sign and Sign Features by visiting box.com on a mobile browser.  From there you may have the same options to leverage Box Sign as you do from the Web Application. 

     

    This feature can be subject to feature request, and please put in your request via this Box Pulse page.

    Hey Rona, sorry I wasn't being clear. I'm using the Chrome browser on the mobile, trying to send out a signing request but the page keeps loading and not actually sending the request out ...
