BoxFileByName not working

Hi Team,

If I uploaded a file in the box location and calling the "BoxFileByName" api. got empty response. But after 15 mins if i calling the api again it's working perfectly. It seems box is not responding immediately it is taking around 15min to respond. Please help to fix the issue.
