This is unacceptable. I use Box for work projects and the fact that I can't even access files which I have accessed TWICE before or the fact that it won't even load the goddamn home screen is very annoying. Get your crap together and fix your service.

We have some tips that might help resolve the issue for you:
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version.
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue please proceed to the next step.
- Try different browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome or use incognito mode.
- Try disabling plugins/ extensions from your browser.
- Try connecting to a different network
- Make sure that you firewall or antivirus is not blocking your access to Box. Please refer the steps in this article on Configuring a Firewall for Box
