Troubleshooting
- Cleared the Box website cache, but the issue persisted.
- Changing the browser zoom level resolved the issue.
- The issue does not occur in full-screen mode.
- The same Box pages display normally in other browsers.
- The issue occurs on the folder listing page before opening any individual file.
Workaround
Changing the browser zoom level to a value other than 100% (e.g. 90% or 110%) resolves the issue and allows the user to access Box normally.
