Box user report

I'm working to manage my users in Box and Im seeing additional managed users I did not add as Box Admin.  When I run a report I see Anonymous users were added.  I don't know what these are

    Hi support, I have a similar issue. Anonymous is showing up in reports as previewing and downloading files. Can you please help out here?
