Box Uploading non-compliant

Other People on my team are able to upload and use Box as intended. It is only me that has this issue. Could it still be a firewall issue if it is affecting only me and not my whole team?

You may need to reach out to your IT department to help check your device to determine what could be prompting the non-compliant action message.
