Box University account name is wrong

Hi,
I have a problem at Box University.
I have made an account with my box account to take BCP exam. Then I saw my profile name like this below.

鈴木 秀明

I think it's because I had my name in Japanese character. so I changed my name in alphabet character. However, It's never change in my Box University profile.
Can you help me with that?
