Hi team, 


I am experiencing an issue in which when I log into BOX, the UI did not show up. Please find the attached photo for reference. 


I have tried to restart my computer, clear the cache, update browser and disable extensions but nothing worked. Please note that this issues happen today and when I used the platform previous days ago, it was working well. 
I have also seen another post reporting this case, specifically when accessing BOX on Windows 11. 


Please let me know if there is work around.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 


Looks like you've managed to troubleshoot on your own but to no avail. At this rate, can you use a different machine and network connection? 


Also, you may want to check your firewall if it's configured.

It was my organization's firewall causing the issue following an update. Problem solved!

Other colleagues with the same firewall setting as mine has no problem of accessing it. So I am unsure that this was caused by firewall setting. 


I manage to log into and have no problems with the UI on mobile browser; however while accessing using laptop browser, I am still facing the same problem.
