2nd request - need help w/BOX Tools Installer. Every time I turn off power to PC (cold boot), I have to re-install Box Tools. Very troublesome as my clients wait for this in a call or meeting when I need to demonstrate or collaborate. A year ago another blog noted this same problem but no reply from BOX was posted. Please Help...randal.

Are you getting an error when trying to access Box Tools at every reboot? If so, can you attach a screenshot of your error and confirm your Operating System?

Great to hear from you Rona. I don't get an error message per se. After shutting down my PC when I try to login to BOX and open a file I get the drop-down captured below. This looks like I never had Box Tools, but EVERY TIME I restart my computer I have to RE-install Box Tools (e.g. click on blue letters, download Box tools installer.exe, run it, choose repair, choose finish, then press Continue to carry on with my work or demonstration. It always works, but it is always a nuisance/interruption. Hope you can help. If you want all the other screen shots I will happily send them too. Regards, Randy B
