Box Sync won't Open or Close

I'm getting a spinning wheel when I try to open Box Sync from the Finder Menu. This is preventing me from being able to open or close it or delete it and reinstall. I've tried rebooting the laptop, nothing changed. This has been going on for several days. I'm using a MacBook running Ventura.
