How do I get Box to sync with File Explorer on Windows 10?

It worked fine on my old laptop but cannot get Box to appear in File Explorer on my new laptop.

Welcome to the Box Community!

You can download and install Box desktop app such as Box Drive where you can access your Box files from your File explorer.

Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips if the link to file explorer no longer works, continually get a circular chain of errors, and can no longer rebuild. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall, however I can’t get through the uninstall process, as there is an error in my Box app that cannot be fixed or uninstalled. I have tried to follow all of the tools that are provided on box, such as forcing a fix. However, I can’t find something that is easy enough for me with my average computer intelligence to figure it out! Unfortunately, I also cannot find a way that we can just connect with Box directly, so I am hoping someone can help!
