I'm still able to access BOX using WEB but I do need access to the folders to pull the reports using Alteryx. Last time I was able to access the folders was 2 weeks ago.
IT Helpdesk is trying his best to assist. I've seen him uninstall and reinstall BOX to my laptop but the issue isn't resolved. I've also rebooted multiple times but to no avail. Please assist.
