Box Sync Sign-In

Box Team -

I can sign into my Box account but I can not sign into Box Sync.  Changed password.  Made sure not be signed into Box account.  Deleted and reinstalled Box Sync (onto a MacBook Pro with Ventura 13.3.1 (a)).  Just keep running into Access Denied.

Appreciate any advice you may have.

Also, could the Access Denied Sign-In problem be related in any way to having both Dropbox and Box Sync clients at the same time on a MacBook Pro with Ventura 13.3.1 (a))?  I have clients that use Dropbox and others who use Box.  Thanks.
