I have 31gb of files stored on box.com.
On 11/26/2020, I experienced problems with syncing 10 new files that I added to laptop box sync folder. These 10 newly added files would not sync to box.com.
I changed the file name on laptop box sync folder to trigger the auto resync, but they would not sync.
So, i logged out of the box.com sync app on my laptop and then logged back in.
Doing this caused box.com to re-sync the 31gb of data, After many, many hours, they resync was completed and I saw the blue checkmark next to all folders, but I did not check to see if the files were synced.... just assumed the blue check mark meant everything was ok.
On 11/30/2020, i open my box sync folder on laptop and the folder structures are there and synced but none of the files are there and none of the files on box.com are synced with my laptop box sync folder.
can anyone offer any tips, suggestions, advice, guidance?
