Box Sync not syncing

In the web interface, folders show as synced.

In the desktop folder however, these same folders do not appear.

Tried un-syncing folders via web interface so as to re-sync, but in spite of me clicking "Unsync" numerous times and getting a notification that the folder is "no longer synced", the only option I have available to me always remains... "Unsync".

I'm on Mac OS Big Sur, 11.4

I am having the same issues. No luck in finding a resolution either. Were you able to fix it a month ago?

I also am having desktop folder sync issues. I've restarted, uninstalled Box Sync and reinstalled.  Cloud version of docs are synced and up to date, desktop version will not sync.
