Box Sync not migrating to new laptop, now not syncing on old laptop. I followed instructions to stop Box Sync on old laptop while I downloaded Box onto new laptop. Now NEW has only empty folders (with no files) and OLD is not working properly.

I am having the same problem as Penny. I have followed the instructions for uninstalling on the old computer and installing on the new laptop. I see the Box Sync in Favorites but it is completely empty. Can you please help me?
