I have Box Sync installed on drive C:
I have the sync folder on Drive E:

For some reason when I try to sync (a lot of files), my windows install Drive C: starts to fill. Is it temporary index files? I don't understand why my Drive C: starts filling up when syncing off of Drive E:

Any way to fix this?

Hi Theodore,

Welcome to the Box Community!

If you've already configured Box Sync folder location on your E Drive, it should only take up storage in that location

Can you confirm, do you perhaps have Box Drive installed as well?

Best,

Hi,

Yes, confirmed no box drive installed. However, when I quit box sync, 3-4 GB of storage comes back on Drive C:

That's how I know it's Box Sync that's taking up space.
