Box Sync Error

My Box folders do not sync to my computer and when I add folders to Box Sync folder from my computer I get this error:

There is no application set to open the document ___. 

Search the App Store for an application that can open this document, or choose an existing application on your computer.

Welcome to the Box Community!

Are you logged in to the Box Sync app and is it running in your computer, you can check on this in the task manager/ menu bar?

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error that you encounter so we can take closer look?
