I cannot run Box Sync and am almost ready to migrate to another cloud sync program if this doesn't fix soon. These were my steps
Fresh Windows 10 installation
Box Sync Installed successfully
Welcome to Box Sync launches
Option 1 - Click "Start Syncing"
- Box crashes
Option 2 - Click "Customize Folder Settings"
Click "Change"
Select appropriate folder
- Box crashes
I've reinstalled Box Sync 3 times now, having removed all the Box Sync files I can find and also after a full reboot each time.
I see no solution to this problem on this forum or anywhere else. What's going on?
