Box sync can not be deinstalled

Hi, box drive was automatically installed in my computer and everytime I restart, I receive a message stating that the deinstallation of box sync has not been completed.

Hi! I'm having the same issue. I'd like to sync my files onto an external hard drive and in order to do that I need to reinstall BOX but I can't seem to remove it from my computer.
