They have no one who will talk to anyone on the phone! Its ridiculous!

When you log in to your Box account and navigate to our support page, you need to select "Contact Support" from the top-navigation menu and you will see the different options for contacting the Box Product Support team that is available to you. These options will vary by customer, depending on account type, agent availability and support subscription level. Options may include submission by web form, live chat and, for Premier and Platinum Service customers, a direct phone line.

I'm a new customer with the Business Plus plan.  I need to verify an admin transfer for my account Box sent me the email with link to verify] I clicked the link and it say 'You do not have permission to confirm this administrator transfer' -- well, now what?
