box support is a fantasy... i was sold a product and was told it would allow pw protection for folders.  i did a trial... half a day of trying i was told oh... pw protection does not work on trials... so i bought it... for the following 2 days no one will tell me why i still cant use pw protections... i upgraded at 50% more cost and still no PW protection!!!!!!!!!!!!  These people are worse than used car salesman!!

      Welcome to the Box Community!

      You can apply passwords to protect Shared links of your files or folders in Box, requiring anyone who follows the link to enter a password before accessing the file or folder.

      This password protection feature is indeed a premium feature, and applicable only on Shared links and on paying accounts.
